That's true, but that guy had a lot more charisma than Meechum. I don't really doubt there was real sexual interest involved, but I always got the sense from that scene that their opportunistic instincts were more in play than their feelings. They might be reasonably attracted to Meechum, but I don't think they actually feel any affection for him beyond that.
