@Chronoid: Witcher had one bodytype for Geralt and one for every single woman he has ever been with.
It´s a lot easier to do cutscenes that way.
In Inquisition it would have been hell. (8 different bodytypes for the Inquisitor and if every companion looked the same under all those clothes there would be an uproar on the BSN.)

But they do look the same under the clothes lol Dorian and Cullen have the same body, just different skin color. Same for Cassandra and Josie. Sera is the only one that has different proportions since even with clothes on you can see her body is not the same as the other female elves in the game.

Iron Bull was originally race gated because it would be hard to have scene with dwarf, elf and human. They have different heights and body types. If you mod a female character in place of a male, in scenes like kissing, you can see the LI biting your neck instead. This is why in Sera scene or a lot of the sex scenes, it's often to see the inquisitor lie on the ground or bed instead of interacting with the LI.
They shouldn't have that problem with ME since you can only select human. If it's more explicit, clipping shouldn't be a reason.

I told race selection is bad we should play only human.
