Whaaaaaaaat? I roll to disbelieve. I like women as much as the next guy but there is no *way* that 60% of ME3 players are female.

I didn't say that 60% of ME3 players are female, but that about 60% of RPG players are female, so the odds would be 3 in 5, if one were betting. also, roughly 75% of social gamers are female, but only about 20% of FPS players.

U mean like as in 150? well that particular individual revealed 2 another grill that he had a bunch of PC solo's as proof of his epeen. -> Which is stuff that men quickly do among themselves , to keep the pecking order transparent and save unnecessary blood spillag3

Now methink that that fact should actually make u more interesting, in combination with the low n7, because it shows that you have transcended the pecking struggle and can afford to be laid back.

At least the representation in my home excluding me is 66% on rpg .

That's cool. I would love to see a solo w/ ppr (sole weapon) vs cerb on any kit done in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, there are no ppr vs cerb vids (for any kit) in the gold speedruns HOF (probably with good reason).

I honestly think that with that statement about females and "serious" gaming you have made a succinct argument that the word "retarded" should be kept in the common English vocabulary instead of relegated to second class status over concerns of political correctness. Honestly, I suspect that you are a Neanderthal asshat and will await further evidence that supports this hypothesis. I can honestly tell you that the flat-out baddest ME3MP player I've witnessed was female, though I don't think her biological gender had anything to do with it one way or other. It is my honest opinion that there are more women joining the ranks of elite gamers everyday and that it won't be long until they are present in direct proportion to their numbers in the overall population, at least within developed, affluent nations. I honestly wonder if you think that historical male over-representation in gaming has anything at all to do with penises and vaginas instead of simply demonstrating just how much historical patriarchy remains within the contemporary cultures of affluent first-world nations. Also, it's my honest belief that the gaming world can't increase their female numbers fast enough and that gaming will be honestly better for it when the misogynist tone of its worst games is mercilessly obliterated.

If I'm honest, I'd have to admit that I care what you really think less and less with each word I type because the honest truth is that I think I was probably right a while ago with the "retarded" thing.

Dawgs (both sides) starting anew on another platform (after achieving status on the current one are true rare animals. Indeed - especially those that have a strong enough character, to start from scratch, again (ala rudyard Kipling) - Starting on a new platform is a number of factors more difficult than "simply" starting a new manifest.

In my eyes, just one step is more difficult - to start anew with all three ( unknown alias, new platform+ new manifest), and re-experience climbing the same ladder and seeing the dual behavior people have towards underdogs and dawgs.

Malaclypse, good fighting spirit there - I like, especially that temperament, but don't overdo it now- of course there are also asshats like that in me3, but I can't go categorizing BloodBeforeTears as misogynistic (the new word I learned), just because he asked a question in way that might be misinterpreted. Nobody answered his original question, though - from my own personal evidence that rpg figure for 75% holds true (which would include me3 sp)- but is non rpg (ie me3 mp) (like fps & 3ps incl. bloodthirstiness) a 50/50 thing, long term ? (After all societal stigmas and narrow-mindedness has been removed over time)? Of course the Amazonas would've answered 100%:0 but we're talking overall population here (and male gamers is also just a subset of that)( a reference to an updated study would be very interesting)

Gender doesn't matter for gamers. Since the chances to ever be in a situation where it becomes relevant are rare, there is no point in paying attention to it. In my experience you can find female gamers among the top players in every game. They also tend to be very skilled, more dedicated, more ruthless and absolutely merciless in PvP situations. I wouldn't call them "fair" in that context.

In the past I encountered a lot of women playing male characters, using male names etc just so they could play in peace without being bothered. Luckily this has changed to the better these days.

Fascinating ... We are even representing less and less of the average human genome s when taken *other* family members into account like sinful and his brother, Al Swearingen of Deadwood, Aedolon,... No wonder the discussions always gravitate back to some old dead horse , it's really like some old family feuds ala romeo and juliet.

So probably the guys and gals here represents really .0000001% of the average joe and mary out there, afterall.

As for a awakened collector build I go with a tank build with maximum radius dark sphere (no dark channel). I use the dark sphere to soften up the enemy and use my trusty collector SMG (extended clip) and armour piecing rounds to finish them off.

I agree also that the PPR isn't the best gun for him, it's heavy and slows down his power use. I find the CSMG to synergize really well with his powers, he's a beast on the right maps, but a large open map like Condor is not ideal due to the large open spaces and the slow speed of his DS, but on maps like Glacier and White he wrecks platinum (especially with a power amp IV equipped).

I like the CSMG on him, too. but I am always wondering about which mods I should take. power magnifier would be nice but so is piercing. the extended capacity goes without saying.

I find the game tends to be a bit more fun when there's a member of the opposite sex and both of you are single and straight. Particularly when you don't want to completely rofltstomp her so you edge back a bit and then you see she's kind of doing the same thing and you think maybe you don't need to and maybe she's being nice herself and who knows maybe we'll have gladbabies(longstory) one day and play games till we get old and die together.

 

And then she locks you in the reactor and you know you're in love.
