...it's all up in Fallout 4 -- from the mouths of at least a couple of minor named characters as well as randomly occurring unnamed NPCs.

This is not necessarily a recommendation of that game, as my feelings about this current romp in the Wasteland are complicated. But, if you just wanna hear the voice of Mr. Vakarian, you'll find it in post-apocalyptic Boston.

In one encounter with a Garrus-voiced character named Sully, he even says "anyway" EXACTLY as Garrus does throughout ME. It alarmed and amused me greatly.

Yeah, Jack and the main character is the same voice actress, and she just nails it. If you ever though the male VO was kinda stale try playing female for a bit, haven't played male myself but from what i hear she does a better job.

And Nick is from Skyrim. Leader of the thieves guild.

 

There are a lot of voices I've heard in various games. But the most jarring was Garrus. It reminded me of  ME and is why I'm starting another run of the games.

I played LA Noire a couple of months back and Garrus aka Brandon Keener is one of the cops in the precinct (sadly he was going to be a partner for Cole but got cut).  I found myself prodding him every time I ran past just to make him say something. Poor guy

Sometimes a lead role,

sometimes 'other'.

 

Expect MEA to have several familiar voices.
