 I copped the Joker\\Collector scene while doing loyalty missions, saved Chakwas and now my Normandy is a ghost town. Is it possible to save the entire crew?

I'd love to know the same thing. I'm going to try going to the collectors immediately after the crew gets abducted this time. First play through I think I spent time with loyalty missions. I thought that your secretary would be a LI, but if she dies.... oh well. At least it was fun flirting with her though.

If anyone managed to save the crew, please inform!

I saved my entire crew. Basically, you have to do all of your recruiting & loyalty missions BEFORE you go to get the Reaper IFF. Once you have the IFF, you have time to do 1 mission - presumably Legion's loyalty mission, unless you give him to Cerberus. But if you try doing multiple missions after your crew gets abducted, when you get to the Collector base, the crew is dead/dying.
