I know that as a female gamer, I don't tend to mic up in PUGs unless something triggers my need to actually say something. I will say that the DAIMP people on PS4 have been much less hostile to females (and seems to have more females) than most of the online games I have tried. That being said I have run across some really nasty folks as well. The good news is that the percentage of good to bad people is skewed in the right direction so I have stuck around :)

We have a female in our group of people. She is pretty much a dude..just with a higher voice xD

I've heard her in one of your videos where you kept the sound running.

Sounded more like 2 girls to be fair :P

Nice.

Most of my friends who ran with me in ME3MP and/or DAIMP can attest that I'm pretty much like playing with a dude. Hell, I'm sometimes the raunchier of the sexes when it comes to cracking the double entendres and being quick with the "that's what she said". :P

I'm not sure if I'm like playing with a dude or not - probably not, but who knows.  I am clearly not PG rated.

Oh, God, that reminded me of my Dad's description for me. He and I have practically been twins for my entire life - same interests (such as football, fishing, Star Trek, video games, etc), same taste in movies and music, similar outlooks and attitudes about things in general, all the way down to logically thinking through problems in the same manner. Used to drive my Mom bananas.

But he'll be talking to people on Facebook and when he's describing me, he'll just flat out say, "She's me with a vagina."

I... am still not entirely sure how to take that.

Some day you'll grow up and marry a man that's just like your mother.

Some day you'll grow up and marry a man that's just like your mother.

I've been married to him for 8 years now and I have actually had lamenting conversations with my Dad about how much like Mom he actually is.

He would kill me if he heard me compare him to her (much as he actually loved her, too), but my God. My. God. Can't ever make plans because he flip-flops back and forth so much on decisions and I have honestly had moments where I have almost screamed if he interrupted my gaming or football watching ONE MORE DAMN TIME. During the SEC Championship game he kept grabbing me to come see something "cool" in Fallout he did or found and I was just aghast. I mean, I'm deep into Fallout as well, but, honey... sweetie. My beloved football team that I have worshiped since I was a toddler is playing their freaking conference championship game. Can we possibly do this SOME OTHER TIME? Can I seriously not be left alone for 4 hours? Just 4 little hours?

Irony: he's a gamer, too, and I make it a point not to interrupt his sessions, so I have no idea why he thinks I'm listening when he's talking at my ear in the middle of an intense battle.

Lord, it's so hilarious that you said that because, yes, you 100% predicted that correctly.

This game has more annoying people than ME3, at least on PC.  Mostly because people on PC in ME3 never said anything.

Not enough drama in the DAMP.
