So we did this:

 

 

Low: all Revenant challenge with Brannigan, ctc91, and Drake. We went U/U/P and ended up with Collectors on Jade. Drake and I were Turian Soldiers and Brannigan and ctc91 were Juggernauts. There was some Incendiary Ammo involved, but I went with Armor Piercing ammo so I could appreciate the Revenant in its purest form.

 

We immediately discover that it takes an entire Revenant clip to kill an Abomination.  

 

After Drake and I died approximately a dozen times each on the first two waves (not exaggerating), we got into a rhythm. And I will admit that the DAKKA DAKKA of the Revenant *sounds* awesome, but its actual effectiveness isn't nearly as awesome.

 

The game was a slog and took 30 minutes.

 

High: To quote Drake, 'Let us never speak of this again.'

Drake was the jugg, and I was the TSol, and it was me who kept getting downed.

If the Revenant were *slightly* more fun to use, we'd do this more often. Lord knows we've done a lot of other stupid self-imposed limitations.

That's for recoil, not bullet bloomy shooty spread.

But a significant part of what makes the Revenant spray all over the place is the off-axis recoil.

Now now, I didn't make anyone do anything. It was all the ME3 Randomizer's fault.

Bwahahaha! Too true. Although I am not nearly creative enough to come up with the crazy sh*t the Randomizer does, so it's simpler just to let it randomize than for me to make something up and *claim* that I used the Randomizer.

Volus protector with the revenant is good, his shortness allows accurate bodyshots.
