I've pre-ordered the deluxe edition of the game back in October and I still am unable to download it. The game poster is greyed out and marked as unreleased. I've tried everything I can think of, posted three times on EA forums with 0 replies, submitted an Origin error report and even wait for customer service chat, all to no avail. Please help me resolve this issue, I just want to start playing the game. Thank you for your time.
Still can't download Dragon Age: Inquisition, please help.

Did you purchase the game with a different account? Because the account you're posting with was created in November.
Also, the Digital Deluxe Edition came out over a year ago so you wouldn't need to pre-order it. Unless you've been waiting for a response for over a year? It was the Game of the Year Edition that came out in early October.
