well i didnt know i made a EA/Bioware account and i redeemed the Terminus Armor on the wrong account not knowing i had one and now i cant put it on my other account is there anyway i can switch the redeem from one account to another, so that only one account has the redeem? if not i will break my mass effect into pices cause there was no point in pre-ordering it if i dont get the "Free" DLC that i went threw like 5320533 hoops to get

same, i called EA support but was on hold too long. Has any one resolved the issue doing so? cause im gonna call back it would just make me feel better knowing some one fixed the problem doing so.

I spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone only to get hung up on..BUT if you go to support.ea.com/chat you can wait for an online chat it took about an hour but he finally resolved my issue...
you have to make sure that the email address you use on yr bioware account matches yr xbox profile email...i thought it did but it didn't

i've had xbox so long that my email was an old one and I didn't even realize it..if yr reading this it's probably too late you may entered a different email address....if so, use support.ea.com/chat and wait for them to fix it

yea i used a different profile that i thought had my gamertag, but it didnt so I hope that they can redeem my code so that way i can use it on the right profile with my gamertag attached with it

what did you have problems with? For me it was everything except the blood dragon armor or whatever...just wait on the chat link don't call as u know....they first told me I would lose my DAO DLC because they had to change my profile email but I pitched a fit and they changed their tune....they never told us we HAD to use the same email for bioware and xbox profile...that's a key fu-in step!!
