I already have two xbox live accounts on the one xbox (my sons and my own), they are both registered to my ea account but only one is showing up on the bioware site.
Any idea if it is EA or Bioware that we chase up for this?
Reusing a redeem code or linking accounts

That is a crazy predicament. The only thing I would suggest is to go to support.ea.com/chat and they should help you out. They helped me out. Good Luck and hope you and your son can use the code.

No! This is BioWare's problem. Why don't they take responsibility for it, instead of "outsourcing" to EA "support," who can only reply "we have yet to find a solution for your problem."

I am hoping that if I can get this rectified that DLC and the cerebrus account will be available to both xbox live accounts. Currently I have let my son have all this but I don't want to pay for the content again!
Currently in a queue with EA chat, just to see what they say. If no success, will focus on Bioware.

Same here bro. I'm freaking the **** out over here, because I got the CE, I had the Blood Dragon Armor, and the Terminus armor, and I registered them all to this account before I realized I had a different EA account already associated with my XBL gamertag

This is complete bull****, weve paid extra and now we cant even get the stuff we paid for because of a silly little login name. Why didnt they just use the xbox live redeem code option like EVERY OTHER GAME DOES. This is very annoying to say the least..........

Finally got it sorted via the EA chat support that MachoByrdOfPrey suggested. They linked the two accounts and now both of them have access to Cerebrus and DLC in Mass Effect and DLC in Dragon Age.
