Belinda is the superior Templar. She wrecks the Red Tramplar Army. Took 33 minutes to slay them all.
Demons took just over 38 minutes. Some crazy nukes! Belinda is a monster in Heartbreaker where most mobs have barrier or guard.
Venatori took about 45 minutes. Venatrolli suck.

Thats the build I like on templar, though I sub payback for shield wall. I've been trying to find a build that keeps the combo but I can't do it without dropping the PI for a stamina amulet.

What do you drop to spend the point in Payback? I was planning to do exactly that but ran out of points. Without the +Stamina Amulets the Wombo Combo is quite lackluster. Wrath of Heaven's stamina cost should have been reduced.

I must say, I didn't think this would be possible on Heartbreaker, at least not at any reasonable speed, but here it is. Very impressive Proto.
I will say that I underestimated that sword. It one shots just about anything unlucky enough to get hit by the projectiles, other than Knights and bosses obviously. It may be overpowered, but I still hold to it not being a very interesting sword.

You should have seen the game we played where he tried to actually use the combo in Hearbreaker. Hint: It didn't go very well for him.
The combo is useless on Heartbreaker; far fewer enemies to get stunned and it comes with a huge stamina consumption price-tag. Wrath of Heaven is just not good when compared to what Spell Purge alone can be used for (taking down barriers quickly, mass AoE spirit damage, neutralizing Knights Zappy Zap attack), and Spell Purge has a much more reasonable stamina cost.

Well, you won't have it all until 20. But I think you had a point on the way to guard smasher? That point could be used for the basic payback. Leveling up I would sacrifice one of the guard passives and then save the upgraded payback for last. Its mostly for the extra aoe and cool down spam. You don't really need guard smasher when your shield bash does 30k+. Truth about templar making the most use out of respecs.

That's probably the one I would consider dropping. But, I wonder if losing Deep Reserves and then using extra stamina with Payback Strike might be more of a hindrance than a boon.
Anyway, if I do Demons and find I need payback and reserves I'll just do an attempt at 20.

I came for the title, stayed for the content.
I love me some Belinda. My favorite class hands down. I might try this build, I usually do the same but bodyguard and unyielding instead of purge because I'm too squishy with my sub 150 promotions. But this looks like it would be fun to have the extra damage in NM.

Texasmotiv, we need some NM solos with lower promotions,. Were you able to pull the PI amulet and or any good weapons out of the monthly chests during your hiatus?
