Who would like to hear a story about the duplicitous actions of Pronto the *******?

So, over the weekend I had to mute Pronto due to his increasingly fat head (there's only room for one of us in our group), among other things that do not bear repeating here (or anywhere, for that matter).

On Monday we had a talk, and he promised to never make any comments like the one leading up to me muting him, and on top of that, he proposed a truce on teabagging (I have no idea why we need a truce, seeing as I can't recall the last time I teabagged him).  So, a few hours into our next session I go down, and who is there standing over me but Pronto.  He gets his fun, I ask him what happened to the truce, and he says "Oops, I forgot", followed a couple seconds later by the unmistakable sound of a game clip being recorded coming over his mic.  Also worthy of note is that fact that I had already picked him up multiple times that evening, and I continued to even after the "incident"... because I am a gentleman.

That's not even the most heinous of his actions last night, seeing as playing with Pronto conditions you not to mind such things.  Not even a half an hour later, we join Hang3dMan's party, and Pronto immediately starts making comments exactly like the ones that got him muted on Friday... the same comments he promised to not make any more.  :crying:

So... Hang3dMan... have you given any more thought to my proposition?

@Pronto
How old is that clip, by the way?

I'm talking to my people currently, and while I'm enthusiastic about potentially being Pronto 2.0, I need to know some things first...

1. What's the 401k/benefits package look like? Do I get stock options with matching contributions?
2. Medical/ Dental/ Optical?
3. The vacation plan. I take frequent trips to southeast Asia. For...reasons.
4. Do I have to change my name to Proto, or Pronto, or Froyo? I have a lot of cache in the Hang3d Man brand. Currently in talks with Vaseline Intensive Care Petroleum Jelly and Viagra for product crossover opportunities. They see it as a perfect synergy for...reasons.
5. Does this mean I have to forgo my lackeys, goons, henchmen, muscles, second lieutenants, and the rest of my mob, or do they "de facto" become your lackeys, goons and henchmen etc etc...?
6. Can we give Proto the duck in recognition of his years of service?

Looking at it on paper, your offer is extremely...generous, but seeing how your benefits and options have some inherent um, limitations, I'm sure it's the annual salary that will allow me to pursue my own health and dental plans, along with setting up a retirement plan, also with insuring an umbrella lest something should happen to me, to look after my family (1 cat, 3 tarantulas).

So we are talking what, mid-six figures? I would think an, ahem, seasoned vet such as myself adds exponentially to advertising revenue and fan interest. I also want to retain all branding rights, and...

I was thinking, Snakebite and Proto is so...2015. For this bold new venture I am picturing the billing something more like...

Deals off.  I think it's time to just dissolve SnackbotTM  Inc. and move on to other ventures.  Best of luck to you and your... family.

As if the "family" thing weren't enough, I'm getting this odd vibe like you aren't taking this very seriously.  I could stick with Pronto and have significantly more publicity through his Heartbreaker solo career, and I only have to pay him in tea.

Also, it's snackbot.  One word.  I might have been able to overlook your other eccentricities and egomaniacal tendencies (lots of practice with Pronto, you see), but this is the breaking point.  No no, this I can't stand for.

I'm starting to think I may be better off with Ducky.

Templar is a beast. All three HB factions complete.

Templar seems the most well rounded for HB.

It doesn't even look like you could've died there... which is lame :)

You didn't even use SW 99% of the time lol

Oh, I could have died in a couple spots. But, I could have used a potion if need be .

Yeah, I've never really used shield wall much. Lego and Templar were never characters I loved to play.

It's a nice back up for the rare occasion when guard is gone and livid is on cool down.

Glad to see validation of my belief that (prior to the Silent Sister) the Templar is (was) the most well-rounded character in the game.

Come at me.

I always considered the Templar to be a second rate Lego or a one trick pony (wombo combo). I still think it falls short of the Lego in NM.

But, Spell Purge is absolutely amazing in HB.

Have you ever taken Horn of Valor with Livid for the damage boosts? Her Horn of Valor has an incredibly short cooldown - can be shorter than duration with a HoV Ring. Could replace Shield Wall in your build, though there may be some passives you don't want to give up? And yes, Spell Purge is good by itself, no need for the Combo.

I love Purge on wave 5 darkspawn. There is some non-descript buff that the Sarebaas puts on everyone and you can 'asplode the whole mess of them. Its pretty awesome.

Funny you mention Horn of Valor. Was going to use that as my fourth ability during next promotion. Sucks that I won't be able to get it and its upgrade till 19.

No Templar is still the most well-rounded character, just that SS is unbalanced and OP.

If the price I have to pay to play a well rounded character is not being able to have a complete build until level 18, then no thanks.  I wouldn't call the Silent Sister well rounded either, just broken.
