The image is hacked, not shopped. He got it from inside the game. It is obviously not complete, hence the disparities. So if she comes out looking completely different don't be shocked. But she is coming. She'll be similar to Zaeed I imagine, so don't expect romances and the like. If I had to guess you'll get the quick and dirty recruit/loyalty mission and that'll be the extent of it. She will reside in the Portside Observation deck if my guess is correct.

It looks like someone took and repainted a quarian base model, replacing the mask with a partially obscured face and adding the correct amount of digits... I hope she doesn't look like that if and when it becomes a reality... I wouldn't mind another human crewmate but make her as individual as the others, not similar looking to one of my nonhuman crewmates.
