Opening scene: the Inquisitor wakes up and hears someone in the bath. They pull back the divider; it's Solas. It was all a just dream.

The player character will be a recently escaped slave whose memory was wiped (like Fenris's) and they're trying to find out who they were, what happened and such. Somehow it ends up tied to Solas and the inquisitor. The player can join a violent revolution to overthrow the magisterium or they can join Dorian to try and reform it instead.
Just throwing guesses out there.

I'm guessing it will have plenty of mages, this means that
A) I'll love it because I get to kill a lot of mages
B )I'll hate it because I won't be able to kill all the mages
If Solas already has a few followers and we fight them I get to kill elves too, and lots of them. I'm already hyped for the game

The protag will need to be "special" in some way. Like a superhuman way. There's no way we're fighting elven gods/false gods otherwise.

What, no "Status Quo" option? A lot of players have been complaining that we didn't have enough evil choices

We are years away from DA4 yet they're done with DAI already. Anyone else feel there was room for another big expansion or two before Trespasser? I'm a little blue with the thought that there will be no new Dragon Age content for quite a while.

the Warden power struggle at least in part. Hawke, Storud, Alistair or Loghain returned to Weisshaupt after Adamant and in the prologue it mentions this.
Also, somewhat unrelated but am I the only one who would be interested in an Inquisition style remake of Origins? Just a thought.....
Hero of Ferelden &/or Inquisitor may return? It would be ridiculous as **** to give players the option to have OGB and survive, and then write it off as non-canon and never write the Warden into the plot again. Inquisitor MUST have some significance regardless of whether Inquisition was disbanded or not, they still continued missions against Solas or otherwise, even if they're only a supporting character they should return.

I have a feeling that Dorian will play some type of role in the story, probably not a companion but someone the main character interacts with. I'm also going to guess that Harding will make an appearance as well, a lot of people liked her and I think she'd be a fun character to see again. Maybe as a rogue companion.

The protag will have a fancy nickname/title. Bonus point if said nickname is a Tevene word.

Actually, with the war with the Qunari and dealing with Solas, Status Quo could be less evil and more desparately pragmatic. Hopefully, like whether or not to save the Council in ME1, we will be able to provide our own personal context to the same choice.
Neutral- I don't like it, but we need a stable Tevinter right now. ![]()
Evil- I will have UNLIMITED POWAAHHHH!!!!!!! ![]()
