I was just checking my email to see if I had gotten it yet from them, but sadly no, I have not. For some reason I have the idea that it could take up to 10 days to get the email. Might have been something I read when I bought it.

I haven't received it either. Although I did get an email from them telling me how I saved 3 cents with "Amazon.com's Pre-order Price Guarantee". I can't believe I saved that much! Now where's my Inferno armor?? lol

Me either. I thought amazon said you would get it 7-10 days after release or something like that. I'm not concerned, with all the redemption issues not sure I'd redeem it now anyway.
