Okay so what is going on with this? I ordered a scarf and a shirt! OVER HALF A MONTH AGO. This is meant to be a Christmas gift. it was supposed to come between 8-3 days ago. 4 days ago I submitted a ticket asking what's going on, and it's yet to be assigned to a support agent.
So a few simple questions. Where's my stuff, why can I not track it, and how long until you answer my customer service ticket?

Actually ran into that myself. When I made my purchase, I was told that it would be shipped by USPS Priority International. That's the price I was charged as well. Takes 6 - 10 business days. When it didn't arrive on time, I emailed and was told that it was actually USPS First Class International (different price, btw for shipping), and there is not tracking. So somewhere, I was quoted incorrectly. USPS said it was roughly 40 to 45 dollars to ship (I don't have an exact weight, had to guess). So I feel ya. I'm disappointed, but at this point, all I can do is wait.
