Things are getting boring around here, so he's a totally on topic gun discussion for ME3MP.

 

 

The Lancer is much better than the Harrier, at everything.

 

The Lancer is also better than the Claymore for longevity.

 

When the Harrier runs out of ammo, the Lancer is still firing.

 

When the Claymore misses, the Lancer is still popping heads.

 

When you go into cover, the Harrier shakes your arm off, and the Lancer just gets better.

 

When you put the Claymore on, your powers recharge like the sun rises in the Winter Artic.

 

When you use the Lancer, your powers fire like a raging river in the typhoon season of the tropics.

 

M-7 Lancer is the best gun in the game, the Claymore is just a bad joke next to it, and Harrier is just trash.

ME2 Avenger is a badass gun. Love that scoped look and decent damage stats.

 

But for me in ME3, I'd say you spelled VENOM wrong.

I suppose...if you give a crap about getting gud with the side cannon from an 18th century naval warship - the claybore weighs as much and has the same shot capacity and reload speed (unless you're on a windoze box).

this is incorrect OP because you see the < insert my favorite video game gun here > does more DPS and has zero drawbacks except that it requires more skill to use than <insert your favorite gun here>. if you disagree with this flawlessly perfect logic than clearly you need to L2P

CAR is also pretty damned good, not as good as the Lancer, but would definitely take it over the Harrier.

Cryo Lancer is great on my SE.  I get 20 Headshot medal sometimes as early as Wave 2 or 3.  But I will also say that SE is the only kit I use Lancer on.

I swear SE was made for ARs, and Lancer is a damn good fit on him, that's for sure. I usually run Lancer on him, and CSR on the SI (Only character I use it on). I still have no clue why I use the CSR on the SI, it just feels right in a horribly wrong way. I hate the gun, in so many ways, but even the Black Widow doesn't feel right on him.

Incendiary CSR and Disruptor Valiant are nice for SI, Black Widow is a noob cannon that rewards OHK for a bodyshot.  Disruptor Valiant is much more stylish.

I use Valiant on my QFE, because it's so damn stylish on her, especially against Geth. Love destroying the Geth with that thing, and it's the one thing the trollstore graced me with that I liked, it was my first (and is still my only) level X UR.
