I think one very well done anime, that I find can even be seen as prequel for many shi-fi settings is Planetes. Small scale story, well written characters.

There are some anime out there Mass Effect could only wish it would touch in quality. Legend of the Galactic Heroes chief among them. Most are crap, but that's true of most media.

It would be a marvel if ME:A could have a Minmei inspired character in the game. Particularly, if there is an "Ark", cultural preservation, war with alien races, romance and transforming starships.

Maybe Bioware should ask anime studio to make all the cutscenes, that worked with Catherine. No more clipping, recycled male animations and stiffness. Though what it becomes to animations of female characters.. maybe that's not good idea. We do not need boobs bouncing around without control right.

I like to see how much Liara's boobs can jiggle, maybe she could do a magical girl transformation when putting on armor.

Paragon Lost was just an embarrassment to ME.

I actually like Paragon Lost, the story was all over the place but the end decision between save the colonist or save the intel really felt more impactful and intense than any in-game decision. If anything, Dawn of the Seeker was ALOT worse

There are some absolutely amazing anime out there for all age ranges.  There is tons of crap out there as well.  Still I can't think of any off hand that really fit for Mass Effect.  I'm sure there are some, but not everything translates well. Though I think a few handled the AI and transhumanist elements far better than ME in general and ME3 in particular did.

There were a series of Mass Effect needs this character from anime threads I guess last night/  But honestly the panda thing tons of people were asking for, for years.  I thought it was lame, but whatevs.
