For reasons that aren't relevant/are boring, I had to use my work email for this account. Is there a way to change the email address associated with this EA/Bioware Forum account? When I click on Email/Password in settings, all it does is prompt me to reset my password on EA. I won't be working there any longer in January.

I believe you can change the email associated with your Origin account. Not sure how but you can try it on Origins client.

 

EDIT:

I checked it on Origin Client and you can change your email through there. Click on Origin drop down menu on Top Left, select Account and Privacy, About Me and Edit. I had to answer a "security secret question" I probably have set when I created the account. I hope you remember your answer if you had that too. =))

What happens if you can't remember the answer to the security question?

Hmm.. you can't continue the process. If you try you'll receive an "invalid answer" message and have to go back without changing anything. But I think you will remember the answer. We choose the question when registering and it's likely we all choose something we will definitely remember.
