I saw one like this in the Inquisition section, but none here (or at least not on the first 2 pages, which is as far back as I care to go given that some of the stuff on page 2 is close to a year old).  So I figured I'd start one.  If I'm duplicating anything, please feel free to point me to the original thread.

 

I'll start us off.

 

Fenris was apparently trying to teach Varric to phase.  It didn't work too well:
