I would like to replace the voicesets from the file NWN/data/voicesets.bif

 

I am able to open the voicesets.bif by using NWN Explorer, I can also extract the files, but I can't import or replace files using nwn explorer. There is an editor to edit the nwn files?

You don't need to edit the .bif files. Put the replacement files in your module hakpak using nwhak (provided in the utils folder) to override them.
