Well, there are those krogan on Tuchanka that put forth a mating request for Shepard after you complete Grunt's loyalty mission, so at least a few krogan would be open to the prospect. 

 

Very generous of them, they are not the ones who are going to get squished / ripped to shreds.

Here's hoping that "Drack" is romancable. I keep thinking that he's going to have to be pretty unusual for a krogan to meaningfully distinguish himself from Wrex and Grunt, and a krogan intellectual would be really interesting to romance. I love Grunt and all, but still sometimes wonder what ME2 would have been with Okeer as the actual krogan squadmate.

 

And don't talk about size difference like it's still an issue. Krogan are closer to the average human in size than Iron Bull is to an elf of either gender, and no salarian scientist helps facilitate that.

Actually, not so much. Iron Bull is more akin to a large human than a Krogan is. So, the difference in size is still a major factor. No one likes tearing things down there.

They allowed for femshep to get her pelvis broken in ME2 by a skull-lizard with a literal boner, and in the same game, sheploo could have raw sex with a Quarian with no real repercussions to the latter, so logic isn't factored into these weird fetish "romances".

Who says krogan genitalia are even proportional compared to humans? Gorillas have an average penis length of two inches. Maybe the krogan just make war and yammer on about the "genophage" because they all have something to compensate for.

That won't happen. I'm going to assume that most who desire a human engaging in sex acts with a krogan, will also desire that the krogan's genitalia be a monstrosity in length and width.
