I know it's totally subjective, but which one would you recommend as far as fun goes? And why?
Thanks

Tempest, because of flexibility. An optimal Reaver is nothing but one-button spam.

I've not played reaver in DAI as I've not played a warrior yet but I do agree. I have done a DW tempest rogue once and that was great fun to play. especially using the flasks and the thousand cuts powers along with a bit of stealth and dual bladed daggers I was an deadly elven killing machine and what with the deft hands fine tools perk nothing could resist me.

I have and do sometimes use reaver on DA2 though so I do know a little about what powers work best for me.

On DA2 the Reaver tree complements well other Warrior trees (Berserk and Vanguard more specifically). On DAI, the Reaver has one ability that overpowers everything else, which is Dragon Rage. Since it has no cooldown, one has almost no reason to use other stuff. Just Dragon Rage till things are dead. Damage-wise it is arguably the best non-Rogue subclass in this game, but I can't see that as being fun.

Templar, because of WrathPurge and if you force me to pick one, but I think they are both kind of boring.

The better choice is Champion, because you want to take the hardest blow an enemy can land, look him in the eye, and laugh.

Seriously. Champion lets you explore the Battlemaster and Vanguard trees in depth, because there's not much worth having in Champion itself, other than Walking Fortress. I had a lot of fun running around with Charging Bull, Grappling Chain, War Cry, etc.

Let's face it: all of the warrior specializations are boring, compared to Mage and Rogue.

Up to trespasser, Tempest is more fun. After trespasser, Reaver is even more fun because of all the fancy accessories. Too bad you can't sync accessories like schematics.

What accessories specifically would work better for reavers than for tempests?

yeah love the way Alix delivres that line but then she did great as the Inquisitor. Not played warrior yet but as I've got an elven Templar warrior in mind for my first one which I plan on doing once I've dealt with Origins and 2

PI Amulet = Game changer.

Superb Barrier Amulet helps a tone for your reaver's survival if you want to red-line your health for the maximum damage.

Alternatively if you want to play safe Amulet of Death Syphon or Second wind can help.

Superb Belt of Urgency is simply made for Reaver.

Chromatic Great sword + Superb barrier amulet + Superb belt urgency + Sigil of Lyrium = Holding down your dragon rage button until the games stops you because you haven't got enough health, then devour.

It's like playing the good old KE again, expect you use dragon rage instead of spirit blades.

NM all trials on is tedious this way. But then again, any class would make the combat tedious with optimal gear and end game accessories.
