Though Sera still shows up in Trespasser throwing hams around the spa even if you don't recruit her.
This pleases me.
Actually I beleive that Sera is the only character in the game besides the Inquisitor that can have their faith altered. Unless you count Iron Bull in terms of loyalty to the Qun.
Wut? I don't think Sera ever budges on her faith. She's not one for debating the intricacies of organized religion, but she's definitely Andrastian.
