Already read the chapter. I found it dull, but if fans like some of the cameo appearances from DA: Inquisition, then they might like it. (They're just not the characters I get excited about.) Not much happened and it ended very abruptly, which I didn't like.
Mostly it was just treading familiar ground; Tessa and Marius are literally just mopping up after the Inquisitor. Definitely the weakest issue thus far.
Was the whole "drawing a bath" thing was an invitation for sexy times, or am I dense?
I also thought it was boring, but it was sorta nice to see the Chargers actually IN action. Beyond the initial Bull recruitment combat sequence, we don't see them do much during Bull's quest, and all of the other times we just read war table reports.
I thought the cameos were rather superfluous, and Dorian's sole reason for being seemed to be to tell the reader what sort of slave mage killer Marius was, with the fancy Tevinter term -- perrepatae -- and all that.
Finally, I agree that the Charter bath remarks seemed like Tessa has a thing for her, or that they have some sort of fun flirtation going on.
[edit]
The continual teasing of the Inquisitor doing this, saying that, and so on is starting to really IRK me. F off with my character during DAI. If you want to say they did whatever after the game, then I have no control over that, but leave the in-game iteration alone. (My personal perspective, obviously.)
