What if....
......This was show the Silurian race (****** reptilia) were created? And in some distant future, the Hanar contacted The Twelfth Doctor by accident and the parallel future rip caused this?
And it was all Malcolm Hulke's idea as an Easter egg?
That, with the Doctor Who's crew and their...fascination with the games....
