I'm only here to agree that Domino's Pizza is generally bad.
I mean, when your big ad campaign for years is, "We don't suck as much as we used to," you've got serious problems...

I can't afford the Chipotlaway in my budget.
It's South Park, so therefor NSFW, by way of disclaimer.
Your loss.
BUT if they are not hollow for breasts they are 100% unnecessary and positively stupid. Just adding them for no reason at all is even worse than putting boobs in
The hangover is real
Since it's just for decoration what does it matter? Not all women have big breasts either
*looks down
I concur
But what about Papa John's?!

I concur
Group hug?...
And small breasts are sexy, don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
But what about Papa John's?!
Now dat is da question.
No love for Little Caesar's? Not too expensive and good pizza.

That's our Lucca...lol
Hey, I just want to put a cape on my pc, is that so much to ask?
Derailed by pizza.
I suppose it could have been worse.
Them being jerks doesn't make him cool. Any more than spending beyond your means to fit in with rich people makes you rich. Trying to do cool things just because you think it will be cool usually ends up as the exact opposite.
I don't know about this new metaphor of yours, either. "Cool" is an arbitrary concept while wealth is quantifiable. So from a different perspective, the act of practicing social skills and building friendships actually might hypothetically make this person more cool, much more than the pretense of money could ever equate to actual money. ![]()
I do see your point. Sometimes the rule of cool requires restraint. I'm not saying that they should fully embrace it at every opportunity, I'm saying that I think the visual element is nothing to dismiss. Also, that there is precedent for something as fantastical as floating rocks in the ME universe.
I think the problem is that people often have different viewpoints of what is sexualized and objectificatified.
And I like Domino's Pizza. ![]()

Also I don't like the notion that breasts are "decoration". I don't mind breast cups if they have a proper purpose, if they are fitted to the body that wears it (which makes no sense cost wise for the majority of troops though) but slapping on decorative cups just to show that the wearer is female? Wth is that all about?
Capes are awesome.
until it gets set on fire, grabbed, gets stuck in an elevator door, wind blows it over your helmet etc etc

Gihren Zabi never wore a cape in his fictional life but then he isn't a wizard or a space wizard or a Sith Lord or a fictive king from the middle ages.
He stuck to form fitting suits and other regal like attire befitting a ruler.
Even in defeat that man is confident, controlled and cold as ice water.
One of his sister's special forces team's commander's had a nickname for him...I am trying to remember the German word for snake...Die Schlange...I do believe or something like that.
Do you honestly not see a difference between, say this:
Spoilerand this... ?
... because the top image is more along the lines of the fit for female Shepard.

Do you not see the effects of gravity here? That armor presents a breast sculpture, with every arc and curve rendered in loving detail. It would look no different if she used spray paint on them. Since breasts actually come in not only different sizes, but also different shapes, densities (amounts of sag), positions on the chest, etc., there's no way you could get it to fit like that with only measurements and cup size.
And, btw - I feel that comfort and mobility would be better served with a comfy, supportive bra and some room for movement - not some rigid material encasing them individually.
I definitely see a difference there, but I would also see a difference between a female equivalent of the former--with it's rendering of nipples, abdominal muscles, and collarbone--and Femshep's armor, which shapes around the breast, but does not emphasize any other details of her torso.
I've been assuming that there is some softer padding beneath all the ME armor, both male and female. If it is supposed to be just non-pliable metal encasing, I agree. That would be stupid.
You do, I assume, agree that that people have different tastes wrt what is aesthetically pleasing.
Of course, but I believe it's easier to build positive consensus regarding shapes we identify with on a biological level. Similar to the reason people so often perceive human faces in mundane shapes, like wall sockets and in pieces of toast. We as humans are predominantly drawn the look of our own appearance, whether that's because of empathy, narcism, or attraction.
Objectification is reducing a character (or person) to an object used for sex.
As defined in the wikipedia, "Sexualization (or sexualisation) is to make something sexual in character or quality, or to become aware of sexuality, especially in relation to men and women." Alternatively, wisegeek says "Sexualization is the process by which a person, group of people, or object comes to be seen or interpreted as sexual in nature."
I know the definition, and I stand by what I said. I believe the goal with Femshep's armor was to make it visually pleasing, but I also suggest that there's a line between that and intentionally focusing on her physique in a sexual sense. I saw that kind of focus with Benezia and Miranda a couple of times, and I did see it once with FemShep (during Kasumi's loyalty mission) but she was out of armor at the time.
Spoiler
Well, I'm glad we can agree on that much. I like that armor better as well.
Based on some of the concept art I've seen, I think we're going to end up with something much more your taste than mine in this game. I'm reasonably confident it'll be the most unisex yet.
I love that Pixar put a large focus on capes and why characters shouldn't have them. Even though they can be cool looking, I'm okay without them.
You know what had some kind of cool costumes, FFX

I think the colonist NPCs could use a visual upgrade. I was never a fan of the spacer/colonist outfits you see some of them wearing in the Shepard trilogy:

If they're going to go for a sort of work clothing vibe for the colonists, I think they could go that route without looking like they cobbled their outfits together Fallout style from bits of scavenged gear. Something like this for the female colonists would be better:

Or just go with jumpsuits that work for either gender.
