Slightly O/T but braided hairstyles (both long and short) should be abundant in Dragon Age CCs. That's what immediately springs to mind when I think quasi-medieval aesthetics, yet DA:I provided 20 different flavors of rather modern looking buzzcuts. There was a real disconnect between how Orlais was described in previous games and how it was portrayed. We're told in previous games that Orlesian ladies are fond of elaborate hairstyles, and yet in DA:I half the female population of Orlais looks like Furiosa.
Now Furiosa in Mass Effect? Bring it on.
Definately. Dragon Age needs more intricate braided hairstyles and Mass Effect could benefit from some nice pulled-back styles for long hair, as well as awesome short cuts a la Furiosa's.
Also, I don't want to be the person who keeps bringing this up:

But I also kind of do want to be that person. Because these DAI hairstyles were glorious (and it looks like they were almost finished as well), but it was still decided these hairstyles wouldn't be implemented in the final game. Clipping seemed to happen regardless of hair length (I'm looking at you, Morrigan), so I'm still not sure what made them decide not to use these.
