So, what are your 5 favourite scenes from Dragon Age Inquisition (including all DLCs)?

Mine are :

1. Facing Corypheus in Haven
2. Meeting Fen'Harel in the Trespasser DLC
3. Becoming the Inquisitor (scene at Skyhold)

4. Flamenth's death (Hidden epilogue scene)

5. The dawn will come (when the whole camp sings)

1) Morrigan, Flemeth, and Kieran in the Fade

2) Facing Corypheus at the very end.  Mostly for skeptical!quizzy's epic line: "I don't believe in gods."

3) Meeting Solas in Trespasser

4) Finding Skyhold

5) Warden-Commander Clarel taking on the red lyrium dragon

Becoming Inquisitor would've been better if you weren't late for your big day and showed up in your beige pajamas.

Wait... So can you actually change your clothes before you arrive to Skyhold?

In no particular order:

1) Bringing down the avalanche on Corypheus' troops the first time. Seriously, I was impressed.

2) Finding Skyhold. Pretty epic moment, really.

3) The duel with Lord Otranto, even if the Inquisitor is kind of a shitty duelist.

4) Corypheus' destruction of the Temple of Mythal's defences.

5) Exposing Florianne's crimes to the court.

Don't tell me you've been wearing that tacky noob armor you had when you fell out the hole all the way to Skyhold.

1.

Morrigan, Flemeth, and Kieran in the Fade

I was actually WORRIED about Morrigan and Kieran. Like, seriously worried. I was afraid something would happen to them. I was worried. About a video game character. It's the moment I realized I love Morrigan an unhealthy amount.

Bioware really needs to stop messing with my feels. (i'm kidding biower, pls neva stop)

2. Trespasser credits

The third best game credits I have ever seen(second place goes to MGS4, first is Ranko Tsukigime's Longest Day)

3. The amount of time you can spend with your companions before the Exalted Council begins is hilarious

Classic Bioware sense of urgency. The world is ending? Let's do this side quest first. Need to attend the Exalted Council, like, right now? Let's go to the opera and then get married.

4. Talking to Morrigan about my Warden Talking to Morrigan, period.

dat voice.

5. Returning to Redcliffe, seeing the Grey Warden monument, talking to Connor.

Seeing the monument was satisfying, Connor blaming himself broke my heart a little.

Honorable mentions: The duel for Josie, giving Cass Varric's book, Teagan calling the Inquisition out on their bullshit.

Oh lol, that scene with Otranto was among my top 5 funniest scenes. Especially the moment:

Inquisitor: I love you.

Josephine: You do?
Otranto: She does ?

Hehe

After your first arrival to Haven.

Ugh, I just started my new gameplay like ... 5 days ago. And rushed to Skyhold, because I did not know I could change clothes in Haven, *sigh* :<

1.  The Dawn Will Come.  It was always powerful and now, after having been through Trespasser it's even moreso.

2.  "What about you?" - Cullen asking the Inquisitor how she feels and her being able to admit she's terrified.  Perfect.

3.  "Pretend you don't know this about me."  Cassandra's whole dialog regarding Varric's book is priceless!

4.  Being made Inquisitor.

5.  Playing Wicked Grace with the group.  I know it wouldn't be much of a story but I'd love to see even more things like this!

And three honorable mentions since you made us stop at 5. ;)  Your LI coming out to the balcony after you stop the Civil War, hugging them after killing Cory and then later meeting you at the door to your quarters after the post-Cory feast.  Just really, really nice touches.  These types of things are wonderful to experience because you KNOW they'd really happen in RL - the people who care about you would react to the things that happen around you.

1- Meeting Solas in Trespasser
2- The whole scene by the Vir'Abelasan
3- Finding Skyhold
4- Meeting Flemeth in the Fade
5- Giving Cassandra Varric's book (too damn funny not to make the top 5)

But there are many others, such as Wicked Grace, The Dawn will come, Judging Florianne and Storvacker :D..
I could go on :P

What qualifies as a scene? Meeting Solas(from your list) is really just a dialogue. I have plenty of that in my list + honorable mentions.

But yeah, I misunderstood the topic, sorry^^

Are you telling me that you can change your leisure clothes in Haven? That you don't have to stand on that staircase in your beige pajamas?

I have completed DAI 15 times, and I did not know that. I wish I was lying.

Where, in the Maker's name, is the wardrobe in Haven?

On second thought, I think I'm wrong about the wardrobe.

The Golden Nug is available at Haven, and I had a brainfart.  Sorry :(

Hum... I will just paste the difinition from wiki that I consider my definition of a scene too: In filmmaking and video production, a scene is generally thought of as the action in a single location and continuous time.

Btw, I am not sure but I think I did not see your posts under the topics about Solas being connected to a  spirit (1. http://forum.bioware...rld-has-to-die/    2. http://forum.bioware.../#entry19945521 ). If you really completed DAI 15 times then I would appreciate a comment on my theory. If you commented and I did not see, then sry :P

lol, I didn't expect you to actually look it up. That's kinda interesting though. How do you apply that definition to a video game? Is me walking into a village in gameplay not also an action in a single location and continuous time? Is it not a scene?

What you're actually asking about is cutscenes. But why make that restriction when they are so many other ways of storytelling in games?

not sure if offtopic, lol.

I do not think I follow... Anyway, others seemed to understand what I meant by "scenes" :v ...

1. Corypheus in Haven

2. Recue after Haven

3. Taming the dragon if you drink form the well.

4. Cullen major romance 1 - the on the desk scene.

5. Cullen magor Romance in the Skyhold Chapel after Arbor Wilds.

Those would be my top 5 but I also love the Wicked grace game, Iron Bull on the battlements if you save the Chargers, Prayer with Avaar woman, Meeting Ameridan, Vivienne in the Spa, Giving Bull a Dragon Skull.
