And no one ever gets to tea bag him. Unlike our captain, us agents of the inquisition fight with no honor.

And he's so modest. "I'm no warrior!" he cries, as he unnecessarily charges into a group of the most dangerous enemies and then stands there. What a guy.

Then again, nothing beats the satisfaction/rage of teabagging/being bagged after the pre-match bag related smack talk. I've started teabagging my idiot companions in SP, but it's just not the same.

I'm appreciative of all the helpful and comedic responses. Thought I'd give a little update to the progress.

I love Saarebas. The combinations feel great, and even though it can be awkward it's like playing battle chess. I've been promoting away and have used a combination of Reaver, Saarebas, and Archer for an impressive 7 whole promotions. I have Drakescale for all my casters now and some okay ish gear, but it's still rough sometimes. I can solo Threatening consistently and group up for Perilous and hold my own, but progress is progress so I'm just putting my head down and getting stuck in.

Really enjoying the experience though and those I've run into in the community have been kind and welcoming. My next goal is easing into perilous and buying chests by the boatload. So more promotions ahead but I will say, it's difficult to get rogue promotions vs warrior or mage ones. Might be a gear issue or a skill issue. Guess as long as I'm moving forward though that's the important thing.

Add me if you like

What is your playstation name?

I'm Clockwork-Crow and she is Eorzean Queen, I'll get on her about branching out to play with helpful souls (she is afraid of letting people down)

Like Silversmurf you may also add me. I typically have a crew of about 3 to 5 people i always play with, but if you catch me during the day (im on AZ Time) then you might be able to get me in a game simply by inviting me or joining in on me since my crew has work and doesn't hop on till later at night.

Sounds good, I run odd times as I'm in NZ ATM with family. DAMP is my new quality time with her. It'd be great to link up.

I would say with decent gear maybe not best in game but lvl 20+,items perilous is manageable in a good team with average promotes of 25 across the board. Double that (50 in each promote) for nightmare. Double that again (100 in each) and you should be fine in heartbreaker in a team of competent (no need to be "great") players with those stats.

Now random puging can be rough on the other hand you have to double those promotes yet again to feel comfortable in any way because there is a lack of team coordination and strategy and hell most pugs just want to get through the level quick and it's like who cares if there is a battalion of bolters around the corner up the stairs....just charge ahead Banzai!

Sorry to hear you were sick.

Felt strange but good playing Gauntlet and Lost Song. I've broken the habit and will only be playing DAMP occasionally now. Seeing Nug and Wantadance whiz past me at 17-20 promotes a day broke my will to play. All the people I regularly played with have quit now so its just become tedious....

In 15 months my PS4 had only seen Destiny and Dragon Age........all that money to play 2 games lol

There's a whole world of games out there ! And a whole real world outside of that .......allegedly .....

Merry Xmas when it comes everyone!

He's quite the comedian too! "They cornered me!", last I checked, charging into a group of enemies is cornering yourself..

I think I've played with Eorzean Queen once or twice before.  Didn't make my block list so good player.

I highly recommend Fallout 4 and ESO as well, but you probably already saw that coming. LOL

But seriously, ESO's been lots of fun as far as medieval RPGs go. Didn't think I'd ever step foot into the MMO world because timesink, but I liked the SP games so ESO was a natural gateway for that, plus can be played solo or grouped up with friends/randoms, so there's some freedom in that.

Yes, The Elder Scrolls Online. Have you played any of the previous Elder Scrolls games by Bethesda, like Oblivion or Skyrim? ESO is basically like that, just with other players around that you can choose to interact with or not.

Yes I've played the others, so it is like an mmo, you can be cooperative and go on quest together and such?

Yes. You can do quests just yourself (but other people may still be around) or you can group up with random players or with friends to do quests or fight world bosses and dungeons. If you group up with friends, I recommend doing so with those who have a character at a similar level to yourself since you do encounter instances where you pick up a quest they may have already done and vice versa.
