I have been busy with school as of late and had not had time to play through of DA:I a second time. I looked at my tapestry to see what I might want to change since all the DLC has come out. But when I look at it all I see is a lot of locked sections. Could I get some tips on how to unlock these options? If you would like I can post my tapestry as an image if I can figure out how? If you know how to post images it would be greatly appreciated.

To post an image first upload the image to an image hosting site such as Imgur.com then, copy the direct link for that image (the one with the jpg or png extension included) clicek the IMAGE button in the reply windo, paste the link you copied, post.
There is a spoiler button in the Keep that will let you see many of the hidden options but, the only way to unlock all of them is to play the game and make the various choices that unlock them. Yes that means multiple play throughs.

The spoiler button reveals all choices for DAI, and there are now separate buttons for each DLC. You don't need multiple playthroughs with different choices to unlock everything. The spoiler buttons are under settings, when you click on the globe in the right-hand corner of the screen.

The wording from your original post is a bit unclear for me, so I do want to clarify something since you mentioned the DLC. When you play the DLC the game uses your current play for the various choices, and not the Keep. So if you want to experience the various Trespasser outcomes, you will have to have different DAI saves.
