Clothing? What is this nonsense? No one will be wearing any clothing on my ship.

Right.  So if I come over for a cuppa, remind me not to sit on the sofa okay?  Or any of the chairs for that matter...

yeah although you can purchase it now as an extra DLC on Origin

Is that recent or has it been available for awhile?

I've not seen it at the Playstation Store, but I haven't looked for quite awhile.

Might want to look at SWTOR cartel packs...

Also just because you want a shirt or a jacket, does not mean everyone in this thread does. It is impossible to make them all happy. We have someone who wants a Robert Smith outfit from the Cure, you want to look like a 20th century fighter pilot, some of the girls want to appear less soldierly.

And that is just a FEW opinions. People were not even happy with the color of the hoodie. They modded that.

It ME had to cater to every suggestion and whim? This game will in no way resemble the Mass Effect series. There would not be enough money left over to make a game.

This isn't any different from wanting better hair options. You obviously can't please everyone, but that doesn't mean that options can't be more balanced or better designed. Surely there's a good medium between mediocre and trying to do everything under the sun.

Please, no! Don't say you'll don't have any problem to spend money to get casual outfit! If EAware hear it, they will put the beige pajamas back and make every other casual outfit behind a paywall!

I hate micro transactions ... they ruined plenty of games. That's why I said I'd love a store in game where i can waste away my credits. But if the only way to get a couple of outfits is to buy an outfit pack (like DA:I did) I'd still buy it as long as it doesn't get out of hand and they start charging a crazy amount of money for it. I'm too attached to my $ for that. It's still a **** system and I wish for it never to be implemented. Game store with items for game credits, that's what I really want.

Sit in my office.

Beerfish makes a good point, I'd freeze if I didn't wear any clothes.

It's been on there a while. I don't know about the PS but I do know it's on Origin because I bought it as I didn't get the collectors edition of ME3 I got the standard one. It's listed as N7 Collectors edition materials

I agree surprisingly enough although the rest of the game was a bit weaker I think DA2 struck a pretty good medium. So I think they can d oit as long as they don't ascrifice the rest of the game because of it.

I'm gonna look into this right now for the PC

Edit:  What I found is the Mass Effect 3 Digital Deluxe Upgrade and it's on sale for $5 instead of $10 right now

I don't need a wide array of clothing, the number of options we had in ME3 was fine with me.

The way FemShep sat in some of those options was less fine.

I would be very grateful for a color wheel, since that would spice things up without necessitating as much extra coding as if they packed in  bunch of outfits.

Yeah I agree that we don't need a wide selectoin but a small wardrobe like what we got in DAI would be nice I think and would solve this issue for the most part. Then we can just pick and choose an outfit that best fits the kind of character we wish to roleplay. After all the DAI selection is for the most part quite good I think. After all consoles can't mod like the PC can so if I were Biowaer I would consider this option the best way to satisfy everyone. Of course it's their call to make.

Bioware tends to be a little lazy when it comes to female animations ... I don't mind if they recycle the fighting animations for both male and female chars but sitting and stuff like that? It was even worse in DA:I.

I did not mind the shared animation especially not the sitting animation since it fitted with most of my characters but I could see why it might not fit with others.

Yeah I think they did fine in ME1 but it's kind of dropped away since then. Maybe this will change for MEA but I won't hold my breath though.

yeah it didn't bother me much either as when I judge a game I look at the whole package not at little things like that too much. If the overall package is overall solid I can overlook smaller details that may annoy me sometimes like for example the lack of decent hairstyles in DAI. I've made up for that by downloading mods and things like that anyway which so far has worked out well for me since I've figured out how to get them to work. But other than that I find DAI overall a decent package.

It didn't bother me in ME as much as it did in DA:I when my female Inquisitor roamed around like a gorilla.

Huh, I haven't noticed that but then I'm a capable tomboy dwarf with tattoos and badass hair so....I guess I'll be experiencing Inquisitor gorilla when I make my elf and human ladies.

Should be careful what you wish for though, we had separate animations in DA2 which resulted in Aveline, FemHawke and Bethany standing with one hip thrust out like they were in a girl band.

EDIT - Btw, is that Kaidan in your avatar (the model who inspired him I suppose) because damn, it's suddenly getting hot in here

The female walk / run animations used in DAI were pretty much the same, though I think they may have smoothed out the run a bit.

I never paid much attention to walk animations in videogames until I saw the broken pelvis Hawke strut. Now I'm hyper-aware of them, and I feel it's pretty darned important to have decent walk/run animations in a third person game.

But I've always advocated for gender neutral animations all around. No pretty pretty princess strut, no gorilla stomp. Easier, cheaper, and minimal risk of being terribly off-putting to anyone.

Being able to craft my own causal wear as well as armor would be pretty cool  :D

I would have liked for the VS to wear a regular Alliance uniform instead of armor onboard the Normandy, and hanging out on the Citadel. Since they already had them available, I wouldn't think it would have taken much effort to make that happen.

While I can imagine making our own armour maybe a possibility in MEA I doubt they'd extend it to casuals. I would imagine if armour making is in MEA it'll be done in a similar fashion to DAI.

Thinking back, I really really reeeally miss Star Wars Galaxies ... played that game for a long time without any fighting, ran a clothing empire and had entertainers ... I was beyond rich xD I miss that. Maybe that's why I want some range in clothes .. takes me back to the good times lol
