Playing with the same person more than once and then sending a friend request helps. By 'more than once' I mean that they have to run into you again while pugging to add. Usually works for me, though I haven't added anyone in a long time. As you progress through maxing rares, you'll probably start to see familiar usernames. Add them.

Which is kind of weird when you think about it. I understand how Japan, Polynesia etc adapted to western morals and standards but the Asari don't have any reason to do that, too. If their diplomats and traders put on clothes when dealing with humans, yeah... that would make sense. But all the Asari everywhere? Because of those upstart humans? Ehhh... can't see that happening.

 

The fear and condemnation of nudity in the USA is way over the top anyway. Oh noes, we saw a nipple for half a second! The world is coming to an end! Bleh. I guess that is what happens if you equal nudity to sex.
