Hmm, strange. I pug a lot on gold, score top often, give pugs a free ride in my backpack and I don't get any friend requests. I must do something wrong.^^

But then, I don't send friend requests to other people, because they are not worthy or are not (german speaking) girls. ^^

The only people I have on my friend list are posters on this forum, considering how many people that still play (and many of them are really good) I don't think you need a smaller group of people that you constantly play with, you can still have a lot of fun just playing with randoms, lots of great players still around even if they don't post here.

You need to troll them, proceed to clutch, and then screw around with the last enemy, Even if it is a banshee

I built up my FL by sending friend requests to people I played with a few matches in a row that scored relatively close to me. (If you are consistently scoring third, you're more likely to get accepted as a friend by  #4 or #2 than by #1.) Also, by being a good teammate (reviving, doing  objectives, etc.)

 

Also, being female didn't hurt, though some of the "friends" subsequently had to be unfriended...

 

Or you could just post in the looking for group thread.

There's only one 100% sure and tested method: the Shepard way. It's a Mass Effect game, so why not say that loud and proud?

 

But seriously, what the others said. Use a mic, especially when there is one guy who wants to teamspeak but nobody answers. If you don't have a mic, but somebody asks something game related, answer in a message. Also, if you play regularly and well (helping others is the main key), someone will notice and will friend you/accept your invitation. At least that's how I ended up with way too much friend invites back when I was playing bronze.

I know right? Ingenious design for a synthetic. Will never be able to successfully rebel because much like the Daleks it can be defeated by a flight of stairs.

It also doubles as a beach ball (lol BB get it>?) for improving the morale of the the illustrious troopers of the First Order in their downtime.

The friend list on PC sucks. On X-Box you can tell if someone is in a lobby or match. On PC all it tells you is "lolOrigin."

I get all the people adding me so i can carry them. Go into silver with lvl 4 amps + harrier and kill everything. People will send you friend requests then you'll have to carry them through platinum.

The real trick is getting chicks to add to your friend list. Then you can flirt and be merry.
