I have been playing 65 hours with the game, had a little flirt with Blackwall and Cullen as well, but only a little. 
Now I got Skyhold, picked up some side quests and made my decision: Cullen.
I wanted to talk with him about our relationship, but he said I'm in with someone else....
I didn't know I'm in...nothing happened.
How can I break up with Blackwall? I didn't really find info about it, and there is no break up option if I talk with him.
Could you help?

Has Blackwall come to your room yet? If not, you will get the option to break things off when he does. (I assume you accidentally locked him in when you talked with him on the battlements at Skyhold - the game has a bad habit of assuming you're in a relationship with him after that flirt without telling you that's what has happened.)

No, he wasn't in my room.
So I shold do the quests and wait for the option to break off?

Yep. Get his approval up by collecting Grey Warden artifacts or killing darkspawn, then you'll get a cut scene where you can continue the relationship or break it off. You should still have plenty of time to romance Cullen!
