Can't recall it's name. Decided to just give it a whirl last night on my necromancer. A very interesting weapon but the damage is just too low for her compared to something like the Hakkon. (can't kill things fast enough to get my hok) I think other mage classes could make use of it though. The glyphs do a decent job of shocking enemies and stunning them for a moment or two.
Does anyone use that staff that drops electric glyphs?

Yup tried this too. The glyphs is definitely interesting and must have a pretty high damage multiplier. Too bad I always play Bard and Saarebas nowadays and:
1. it looks like there is no "end of basic attack chain" for bard so the glyph will never proc
2. I never use basic attacks on Saarebas...
