Hey guys it has been a while since I made a topic! What do you guys wish for ME:A want to be and feel free to make your wish list of any ideas!

My wishlist

-More dynamic open world(s)
-Introduce motion capture in cinematics and gameplay
-Make playable classes customizable such as powers, melee weapons and abilities, and upgrade whenever we want.
-Join factions like the mercenaries, pirates, military, etc.
-Create a change out between shooting and melee for each class(Ex-Destiny) I want a vanguard to kick ass with biotic lashes in combo based style, that will be sweet!
-Have space dogfights!
-Introduce military shooting tactics and freedom to choose what option to do stealth, ambushes, going loud or all the above. You want the players to have gameplay freedom to do whatever they want on combat situations. (Ex: Ghost Recon: Wildlands)

-Pretty pretty please have playable races in the main campaign! It will be much appreciated.

-Separate male and female animations I don't want my female character to move and sit like a man.

-Less fetching repetitive side quests.
-Have enemies smarter and tougher to challenge the player to force them to use tactics rather than "keep shooting till they're dead".
-In romance scenes kind of um..... spice it up a bit like on TW3. ^^
-Set up a crafting system for customizing/upgrading weapons and armor. (Ex- 1)Ghost Recon: Future Soldier

2)Fallout 4

http://youtu.be/WXKLBRWWVMI

-Have mini-games and activities on your ship and on any world.
-On Instant-death scenarios make them escapable like if a krogan grabbed and choking you, press any button to use a knife to stab the krogan in the head and such as an example.
-Make sprinting, jumping, and climbing more fluid and lifelike and revamp the Infiltrator class. (Ex: Splinter Cell:Blacklist)

http://youtu.be/YuhfD48VRG

- I'll give you guys some more examples

1) Combat Movement, squad based tactics, efficiency, and new Engineer Class selection(Ex: Ghost Recon: Alpha)

https://youtu.be/7wAzlqzXH0

2) Dual-wield pistols/submachine guns will be very awesome like on Call of Duty: Black Ops.

3) Realistic Combat, destructive environments, and capable of calling air support from companions. (Ex: CoD Modern Warfare 2- Operation Kingfish)

http://youtu.be/afs8lcfBY7Q

Thank you guys for hearing me out and feel free to reply!

Well, I keep hearing stuff about MP and co-op, so number 1 on my list is

1. Keep all that MP **** 100% optional, like DAI.  If I get something on the galaxy map that a base is under attack, I want to be able to solo it or War Table it with all same possible results as if I were to bug a friend to go take care of it with me.

Other than that, I don't have much.  It would be nice to have an ending that is not ABC Color Swap.  It would be nice if maneuvering the MAKO doesn't make me want to throw myself in front of a MAKO.  Oh, and I require Charge to still be present in some form.

An ambitious chessmaster villain with a personal connection to the protagonist.

An enigmatic and morally ambiguous white collar criminal squadmate.

A gregarious and extroverted female soldier.

A companion from a new empathic, humanesque race with both genders native to Andromeda.

An AI with the memories of a deceased organic, faultlessly altruistic.

A combat drone that I can tint lavender blue and name "Gigi."

  • A much stronger focus on characters and story than Dragon Age: Inquisition.
  • Choices that matter, with consequences. However these need to be carefully planned, with the potential of sequels in mind. On that note...don't have choices foolishly end with it being implied that entire species would be wiped out.
  • The less fetch quests the better. Side quests should often be as rich as the main quests with interesting characters or stories. The Witcher 3 is a great example of an RPG that did this well. Mass Effect 2 as well, though less so, since ME2 treated the main quest path more like an afterthought.
  • A return to a cinematic focus with NPC conversations. DA:I lost some of the immersiveness of previous DA games by largely scrapping it outside of party members or major side characters.
  • A main character with at least as defined a backstory as Shepard or Hawke. The more a protagonist leans towards the blank slate approach, the more likely the protagonist is to be dull. Imagination is great for pen and paper RPGs...it does not however work for a visual storytelling medium like video games.
  • An interesting hub world or two. DA:I was lacking in that regard, and I'd be disappointed if we got countless uncharted worlds to explore with nothing more than a bland Val Royeux-like marketplace as the hub. I'd much rather have a few less uncharted worlds and get proper hubs. On that note, I think Bioware should take a look back at the Silversun Strip section of the Citadel DLC as inspiration.
  • Armor and weapon customization at least on par with Mass Effect 3. More of course, would be better.
  • For all squadmates to have proper armor with optional helmets for combat missions. Nothing kills immersion quite like one of the companions running around in a hostile enviroment with bare flesh exposed. On that note, lets also bid farewell to breath masks. Save the exposed skin for romance scenes or off duty aboard the hub.
  • Class-based interrupts or solutions to quests.
  • Renegade being more of a ruthless pragmatist than Douchey McEvil, at least if the protagonist is military or paramilitary, and for the consequences of morality choices to never be predictable. Neither paragon or renegade, or whatever their Andromeda equivalent is, should be an automatic insta-win. Encourage players to think about their choices rather than mindlessly spamming one particular path.
  • For Cerberus not to be in the game in any shape or form
  • For all the familiar Milky Way species to make a return, minus perhaps the Yahg, who might be hard to justify from a lore perspective

A companion from a new empathic race, humanesque and with both genders.

Can't help you on the other bits but we have already seen those before.

And I think a lot of folks would prefer not see them again.

Really nothing human like needs both sets of sexual genitals, in nature you only have very oddball species that adopt that and its often true for alien life in fiction as well.

If the ship sets out during the Reaper War, and has some military types aboard who are combat veterans....

I think it could be interesting if one of the military squadmates was a little off from those experiences. Not completely of course, as it wouldn't make sense to have a squadmate who had serious and debilitating mental health issues, but someone who had become a little eccentric. In World War Two lingo someone who had spent too much time fighting in the Pacific and had picked up some personality quirks from those experiences was said to have 'gone Asiatic.' I think it might be interesting to have a military squadmate who is the Reaper War equivalent.

Remi Malek's character Snafu from the Pacific miniseries is an example of the sort of character I mean.

I think it might also interesting if you had a military character who went in the opposite direction as Ashley. Contrary to popular belief, atheists do exist in foxholes. Maybe that character should question what sort of god would allow the Reapers to exist.

Warder, you've drastically misunderstood what im wishing for. :P

I want another empathic species, like the Asari, but with both male and female members of the species, unlike the Asari.

I'd like more variety in side quests and a more interesting villain. Corypheus was underwhelming, especially when compared to Loghain or even Saren.

I just read something about Ryder singing i don't know which song and thought: "in a big ship like that, in a long journey like this one and in a galaxy that offers no entertainment whatsoever (beyond the risk of dying from space or a bullet), there better be a bar in that ship..and in that bar, a karaoke".

Now I'm a little worried this is going to take on shades of girl lovers versus boy lovers.

I should have just said, "A new empathic species in Andromeda."

The Citadel Party should have had a karaoke element already! It would have been perfect

That has been suggested before, but I don't think they'd be able to come up with a plausible explanation for why an all-male species exists that jives with the natural world. All female species exist in nature, but all male species don't. Any species that was all male would be unable to reproduce, and if a species doesn't produce sexually or through a process that mimics sexual reproduction, they shouldn't have a gender at all.

Maybe they could get around that if they create a faction of biological robots...think the Keepers, except sapient, who appear like humanoid males. They'd be reproducing by artificial means since they're essentially synthetics, or something akin to it. But I wonder if people who want an all male faction would be cool with them having an artificial lab-produced origin.

So true! WE NEED A KARAOKE ON THAT SHIP, BIOWARE! GET TO IT! CHOP CHOP!
Also, Ryder needs to be a bad dancer. It's canon.

I should have just said, "A new empathic species in Andromeda."

"Empathic" in what sense? Like a magic skill?

Asari melding kinda pushed my suspension of disbelief, Javik learning an entire language and events from the past by touching decayed DNA particles

almost smashed it to pieces.

I'd rather not have any more "magic" without officially making fantasy rules part of the universe, or at the very least a *very* good explanation.

they really don't have to follow any rules that would apply on earth, they could just make something up ... maybe entirely engineered in a lab or something

Basically, yes. Like the Asari. Or like Betazoids or Vulcans. Personally, I don't think Javik's thing is any more unbelievable than Liara's. I do have my breaking point in what degree of absurdity I'm willing to accept in fiction, but that isn't it. I mostly just want the story to consistently adhere to it's own rules, and empathy as a magic superpower is already a big thing in Mass Effect. It seems a bit late to apply the brakes now.

But hey. I'm asking for the one that pushed your suspension of disbelief, not the only that almost smashed it to pieces. So, that's something.
