Sure but the Bethesda games have repeated numbers so that is a fairly good indicator of popularity and quality. Sure it's possible large swaths of people keep buying a game style they hate but it's unlikely. One offs aren't a great indicator as the first week before word of mouth gets around is where the biggest sales are.

So fallout 4s sales might not be s good indicator for determining if the changes made from 3 to 4 were good. But fallout 5 or elder scrolls 6 sales might be influenced by it. And the general overall sales of Bethesda games is a indicator that people like their general game style.

Bungie made Destiny.

Elder scrolls is a long standing franchise like GTA with a secure fanbase you can expect them to do big numbers now just off the name.

But we're getting off topic, quality over quantity. From the customers perspective at least.

for multiplayer to have nothing to do with the single player and vise versa and for bioware to have more attention and focus their time more on to the single player like they should be...well developed and interesting in a good way party members..and a fully develop more like me1 and me2 but more dialogue options..and from the beginning middle and ending to be epic adventure with all your teammates..from time to time i'd like some leisure time just to break the monotony and unwind a bit.

Its also not entirely serious.

Unless you're worried about business practices in which case it is a serious issue.

The whole cancer thing what you said was funny yet harsh. But anyway I think the sales numbers and stuff is an end result of how good the game is, because video game developers show their love and passion on their games they created and they want their fans to have fun playing them. If only BioWare can see that, me personally I think they should change their formula of making games and come up with something new to their RPG franchises to make it the **** again.

My wish....
Would be that they throw in an easter egg for Stargate... Specifically SGU. It would fit really well. Both ME Andromeda & SGU have these grand galaxy crossing ships. Both series now have gone straight to the same place, Andromeda, following their original story. Both Bioware & Stargate had to go threw some pretty rough times with their fan's reactions to new releases & people being outraged with the inclusion LGBT themes & all that kind of drama. I was & am a big fan of SGU & Stargate.

So what I want is for you guys to KILL THEM ALL. Destroy the Destiny!
They said there was a chance their ship would come out of hyperspace early, & they'd be stuck between galaxies for thousands of years drifting. We should find that lost ark, a failed Destiny of some other race that fled the machines long ago. They died in cold sleep, in the dark between galaxies, far from home. A tragedy that befits the losses races have been dealt by the Reapers for billions of years & the end of a great sci-fi IP.

Mods, though I know that that is virtually impossible with Frostbite and EA's stance on the matter.

It's just that I read articles like this: https://xcom.com/new...tent-for-launch

And I get all excited for the kind of elements that fan and developer collaboration can bring about, but then I get sad when I remember the whole Frostbite thing.  :(

*For those that are unable to go to the link: Firaxis has contacted the modders behind the very popular Long War Total Conversion Mod for XCOM:EU and they have collaborated to bring about some new mods for XCOM 2 on the day of release.

I highly doubt that anything is really going to be changed now. A few minor things maybe, but most of the proposed stuff here is way too big. Also Artists don't want their vision changed constantly (publishers doing that already). I did more than a few design projects to know what's that like....

But that's the main difference between smaller "pro-gaming" companies and a monster like EA, isn't it?

EA is too big to care or even try, they are going to have their releases on time and that's that. There is never any real effort to make the games the best they can be.

They should've pushed the release date further to let them take their time to get different ideas from fans and fix their flaws where they weak at like level designs, combat, and animations. I don't even know why they want to release the game sooner than later, I rather they put the release date later than earlier to make sure the game is high quality and well made.

In general and for the PC version give me:

  • A flexible user interface: move, scale and adjust the opacity of the HUD.
  • Intuitive controls: navigate easily through the interface, inventory panels and map designed specifically to be used with a mouse or a controller.
  • Full mouse & keyboard support: opt for the high precision mouse and keyboard experience and switch to a controller in the middle of any encounter without interruption.
  • Text chat: team up with friends  by using the in-game text chat.
  • Optimized graphic settings & customised GPU effects: adjust a vast variety of technology treats, from realistic lighting, shading, snow particles, local reflection, fog volumetric scattering, depth of field and much more…
  • Multi-GPU support: unleash the graphic power of the best computer set ups for jaw-dropping graphics.
  • Multi-screen support: play with up to three screens for the most immersive and stunning experience.
  • Multi-resolutions: opt for 1080p or 4k and automatically adapt the resolution to fit multi-screen configurations with FOV correction.
  • Unlocked framerate: let the most powerful computer reach the highest framerate.
  • HBA0+: enjoy the most realistic shadowing, lighting algorithm and ambient occlusion.

Of course, some of the above requires an enthusiast and above PC equipment which leaves the consoles in the dust and the 4k resolution may be a bit premature.

My wish is for the Intuitive controls + full mouse and keyboard support as a must have.

In keeping with the sci-fi scene of ME:A, this video shows a virtual HUD, while in mission, when you upgrade your gear. The HUD shows a build in inventory system, as well. Quite neat, actually, especially since you play the game at 1080p. And, oh, look at the loot system vs DA:I submarine ping.  HUD and loot example starts at 1:17 into the game.

http://www.dailymoti...d/video/x3o13rh

I wouldn't mind finding  a similar implementation in ME:A

I would like to see these mechanics brought over as well.

On a side note, I am really looking forward to the Division. The gameplay looks fast, fluid, and above all, fun. Let all those naysayers whining about a "graphics downgrade" go and play Halo 5 or CoD. Games should be fun to play, and have compelling mechanics before resolution and FPS even enters the equation (IMO).

@Bioware

In multiplayer, please ensure that we can mute a player's mic. Some are so obnoxious or clueless when their setup allows for audio feedback from their comp and/or background noises.

I tell you it's not pleasant to hear and play the game.

Actually, I think we already can do that but I may be mistaken since while I think I've done that, I tend to play with the whole game muted during multiplayer so I can listen to other things.

Starpoint gemini 2( currently playing), like Elite: Dangerous, has a very steep learning curve. Exploration (the focus of ME:A, btw) or simply going from point A to point B is laborious, long and becomes boring very quickly, unless you enjoy looking at empty vastness.

My wish, for ME:A, is a system of navigation and travel between points to be painless. The first trailer hints at such a system, which is :

1. Select your destination from the navigation map.

2. Double tap your selection.

3. Auto warp to your destination and pop out orbiting the target planet or moon or pop out near a space station.

Such a system allows the player to enjoy the main game without the bothersome complexities of navigation and travel between star systems which is repetitive and brings no fun value to the player.

Dear Santa,

I would like to see Console Commands for the new engine, so I could better tailor my own single Player game for both the ME and DA series. And if possible, having the Devs work with the modding community might be cool, too!

Thanks! Have a cookie!

That's a very good one. I'm pretty tired of the solar system map traveling myself, they should've learned from AC4: Black Flag when it comes to traveling in a vast open world.

http://www.financial...d-iv-black-flag

I think they need to revamp space travel mechanics to improve their flaws from previous ME games.

I don't think that Santa or even a Jinni for that matter can make EA do something so... consumer friendly, I mean you gotta be somewhat realistic...

It would be awesome if ME:A supported VR.

There is a push to get into VR from the console developers and finally EA jumped in as well.

"The news came in by way of the Technical Director for the studio, Johan Anderson, via the official Twitter account where he said that the studio is forming a “small and collaborative” VR Team in Stockholm..."

Imagine how ME:A or Bio's new IP looks like using a VR headset.  For a sample VR session of flight simulation and MP combat, go here:

I'm actually looking forward to this tech.
