Since the focus will be on exploring, some survival elements would be cool. Something that makes space and unexplored planets appear as dangerous environments. ME1 had a few elements like toxic atmosperes or thresher maws that appear out of nowhere while you're driving around in your mako. Hopefully they can give us more. I was thinking maybe limited oxygen supply in space and on dead planets, natural traps like quicksand, storms and other weather extremes and more aggressive fauna on garden worlds. It would also be nice if every garden world had its unique flora and fauna, and we wouldn't see thresher maws and pyjacks on every planet.
Another thing I'd hope for is the ability to play "stealth", I just love stealth gameplay.
The option to become a cyborg or otherwise get cool enhancements would actually be very interesting.

Would we also be able to get romances where sex isn't involved, or would every romance other than maybe one have it be a mandatory part again?

Sex scenes should be optional on every love interests in the game. So why not? (Between you and me I really wish they should made that option for Josie, Solas, and Vivienne if they made her a romance option. Bastards!)

I think BioWare don't want us to make love to a black woman, they just want to tease us and not able to have her as a love interest. They might as well make it happen on the next game. I find that very dissapointing.

I only want to know wtf happened to Shepard's clone after the ending of ME3!! He said something about Shepard's voice guiding him or something...I really want Shepard back,and if not,let his clone carry on his legacy or something.and I'm also dying to know what's up with Kaidan (my romance) and the entire old crew. 
Oh oh oh oh! And some incredible moments like "Thresher Maw vs Reaper",or when Shepard fight a reaper one on one when he's (or she) trying to take back Tali's homeland....more moments like those would be just fine Thanks BioWare, I get amazed just thinking back on my journey with ME series!

Any kind of casual banging would be an improvement over the sappy "twu wub" that we've gotten that aren't even semi-believable.
T'was a shame that Tela Vasir wasn't a waifu in the trilogy too, prime renegade 'mancing there.
