Hi,
I feel really silly for posting a question but I've been searching the net for the past...10 hours or so? And took over an hour of life from some nice Origin consultant, who sadly wasn't able to help me.
Anyway onto the topic - I have the Collector's Edition of ME3, which I played and beat ages ago (pre Extended Cut). Lately I wanted to relive the experience with all the additional DLC but sadly, somehow, the From Ashes part doesn't seem to work.
Checking Downloadable Content in-game shows that it is in fact bought and installed - only this one particular DLC is not on the content list on Origin.
I reinstalled the game, the origin client, cleaned up the cache, rebooted, had new codes assigned and the consultant even logged onto my account to check the list (From Ashes is visible on his account). Nothing. Reinstalled from CD. Nothing.
Tried to download from BSN page and I have something like this - allowed to download only DLC from ME2 (and the OST from 3 but only after clicking on the more info) while the registered content does show From Ashes as owned.
...What did I brake? I mean I'd even buy this dlc again but Origin doesn't allow me and BSN's page sometimes loads an empty window (ok, on 6 attempts only once I had the option available) and I can't be sure it it would even work.
Anyone had a problem like that? Because the game worked... 2,5 years ago.
(Internet connection is fine, EA Servers are working, as is multiplayer and every other piece of Collector's Edition content.)
I just want my snarky Prothean back... ;__;
