Customer01/26/2010 11:23 AMI've just bought a pre-ordered Mass Effect 2 game from Game Stop, and as per YOUR guys's instructions, I went to the site and downloaded the content. No problem whatsoever. However, after going through this, I find that my Cerberus isn't working, and I haven't checked up on the Terminus armor considering that I've been waiting to get some support on the Cerberus matter. My accounts are linked, so I don't know what's going on. A fast response would be convenient, thank you.

I've lost all faith in EA. For future reference, any BioWare team member looking at this should tell their supervisor to never allow EA to be their publisher again. Microsoft game studios was just fine, I don't know why EA had to come and ruin the experience for gamers.
EA DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. (LOOK AT THIS)

Is it just me, or is EA the walmart of publishers?

Two things... One, you actually had faith in EA in the first place? Two, didn't EA buy BioWare? I don't think they really had a choice in terms of publishers.linkis370 wrote...

Yeah EA owns Bioware so they have no choice but to have EA publish and then screw up their games.
