Don't hesitate anymore, it's the best game I've ever played, with the ME series. Having played the 1 or 2 isn't required at all to appreciate it.

I picked up Ciry Skyline. Bad bad choice. Hours and hours go and I have no sense of time. So addictive.

Haven't even started Playing Fallout 4, which I already bought.

I think I still have more than 100 games to play, including two copies each of StarCraft II Parts 1 and 2.  I usually buy them, install them, then go back to ME3 MP and Civ IV.
