How do you know? Will there be mic chat online?
I assume mic chat will be enabled. It exists in ME3 mp. Can't see why they would drop it.

OP, you should refrain from making threads, each one is worse than the previous.

The game has never been confirmed to be an Xbox One exclusive. ME, ME2, and ME3 are all on PS3/Xbox/PC.

One of those things where I don't know whether I want to cry or laugh.
Microsoft drives their money truck to Crystal Dynamics to buy a timed XBox One exclusive deal for Rise of the Tomb Raider.
Then publishes it on the same day as Fallout 4 (Nov 10th). Wow, look at those sale numbers!
Coincidentally enough, Crystal Dynamics also recently announced a change in studio leadership.
An all around success, it seems.

You know what other exclusive released that same day? Legacy of the Void, and sold the first million in less than 24 hours.
Rise of the Tomb raider is a mediocre game on a platform that hardly anyone cares about, simple as that.

Might be the funniest thing I have read on this forum. Especially after this catastrophe.
http://www.vgchartz....he-tomb-raider/
What made that an even dumber decision by MS is they need PC Gamers to adopt Windows 10/Direct X 12 to hold off Vulkan API which will run on Win 7,8, 10 and Linux. So they alienated PC Gamers whom loved Tomb Raider (3.6 million digital copy owners on Steam),
https://steamspy.com/app/203160
on a game which was a GRAPHICAL title, and thought we would buy a x86 PC console with a 1.3 TFLOP AMD GPU in it when a AMD R9 390 which is mid grade, is over 5 TFLOPS...
Might be the worst exclusivity I have ever seen. Accomplished nothing for MS and hurt their reputation with PC Gamers by paying to keep a third party game off PC, kept the game off the platform it would have sold the most on (PS4).
I do not expect MS to ever pay to keep a third party game off PC again, and I doubt any third party studio is keeping a game off PS4, unless that studio needs to be funded to make the game in the first place, or there are technical reasons as to why there is not a port (like Star Citizen or something).
Oh and for the people who think PC Gamers do not matter to MS? OS sales is where MS makes money. Not their console.
http://www.neowin.ne...ion-in-10-years
Xbox exists to prop up an API monopoly so that Direct X is used for games on PC and we buy Windows, and so HUGE professional applications like Sony Vegas etc. use Direct X. Vulkan API is the scariest thing MS ever faced, and Rise of the Tomb Raider exclusivity against PC might be the dumbest thing they have ever done. It also may be the stupidest exclusivity deal ever chosen by a Third party developer as well. It looks like Square Enix was so dumb they did not even have a sales clause that would allow them to release/announce the game on PS4/PC if the game bombed on Xbox.

Well SWBF didnt have it and thats new! i hope your right, just another thing is it the same team making this game as mass effect 3 and the on line team etc?
And Dragon Age: Inquisition and The Elder Scrolls Online are also on new gen systems and both have mic chat. The fact that Mass Effect 3 multiplayer and Dragon Age: Inquisition multiplayer both had mic chat is a very good indication that there will probably be mic chat in Mass Effect: Andromeda.
As far as the team, I know some of the people who were on the Mass Effect 3 multiplayer team and on the Dragon Age: Inquisition multiplayer team are officially on the Mass Effect: Andromeda team now. They haven't specifically said "multiplayer" yet because NDA and loose lips sink ships and all that jazz, but the guess is a safe one.

Why in God's name would Bioware ignore the PS4? Especially considering it has the largest console fanbase this gen. That would be absolutely stupid.
He/She probably thinks it might happen because it was originally on Xbox 360, even though that person probably doesn't even realize it was also on PC and Bioware started on PC. They probably think Knights of the Old Republic was not on PC as well.
Per companies like Ubisoft and Konami and their financial reports, the Xbox is the WEAKEST sales platform this gen. PS4 is ahead on most multiplats. PC is second. XB1 is bringing up the rear.
Why PS3 was ignored by many devs and many traditionally "PC devs" and games never showed up or were delayed a long time? The SDK sucked, and the hardware was a nightmare to write games for.
Next Gen? Are both x86 (like a PC) with AMD GCN GPU's. They are both very easy to make games for, just like a PC. They are darn near identical on hardware. XB1 has a slightly better CPU due to overclocking basically the same darn CPU (they wanted to do other things than gaming so the CPU had to be a little more powerful), and the PS4 has a GPU 1/3rd stronger. XB1 has better RAM for CPU (lower latency), PS4 has better RAM for GPU (higher bandwidth).
Which one should you buy? Who cares. Buy whatever you want. Most people chose PS4 because of the GPU, which gives higher resolution in most games and I do not blame them. The idea that any third party dev, who can already afford to make their own game, would choose Xbox exclusivity after Rise of the Tomb Raider sales, and seeing PS4 dominate sales on hardware and software (multiplats), almost as bad as the PS2 days? Is laughable.
This console "war" is over this gen. Sony already won.
