Where are face texture files?

Got the Special Edition on Origin recently, and started modding the game. I saw a Jen Zi face texture mod on Nexus, and when I downloaded it, I noticed there are no files in my game with that name. I looked for other people's face textures too, but couldn't find any at all. Got a face texture mod for Silk Fox too, but again, there are no files with that mod's name. These mods still work in-game, though...

Where are the face texture files? Certainly not in override, but I can't see where else they could possibly be. I looked at every file in the whole damn game. Doesn't make sense that a mod with a file name the game itself doesn't even have would work.

I'm trying to mod Wu the Lotus Blossom. Modded her clothes, but there appears to be no such thing as a face file. They have faces (obviously), so this makes no sense at all. :-/

Or at least, does someone have a P_Blossomh01.txb and/or a P_Blossomh01v.txb? Or the .tga files?

All the game resources are stored in archives in the Data folder. You'll need one of the ERF/RIM extractors to access their contents. You should find what you are looking for in Data\players.mod, although you'll want the TXB to TGA converter to make much use of them.

For general info you should check out the JE modding thread here - http://www.lucasforu...ad.php?t=177647

I'm gonna hit my Like limit pretty quickly with you around DarthParametric. ;) I thought those .rim files looked suspicious. :P Strange that .tga files work in override for face files. It's like the equivalent of basic file paths working for Skyrim with it's files archived in a .bsa.

Thanks again (already)! If you didn't answer all my questions, I fear no one would have, since the game's old. I had this problem with Mortal Kombat 9 and Dragonball Xenoverse. Game gets old, no one looks at questions or requests for it anymore. Modders get sad. :(

I'm off to mod for hours! Then play for minutes, and...mod for more hours.
