I am using the steam version and I got the game up and running. I added the promo code for the Blood dragon Armor, and Inferno armor fine then downloaded the files from my bioware socialnetwork. The problem I am having is that I get the message "Unable to authorize the listed DLC. Please log into the account used to purchase the DLC.." when the game on the main menu. What's going on? Any help please.

You need to connect to the Cerberus-network in order to use any "new" items.
You are probably only seeing one open computer on the main menu, right? - next to it is a closed one.
The closed one, on the right, is where you connect to the network.
Unfortunately, several people - myself included, have problems connecting to the network, and thus we can't use any of our pre-order items.
Other people had these problems several days ago, when they got the game, and it seemed to be a matter of time, before they were fixed.
My suggestion - keep trying to connect using the log-on in the main menu.

Check and make sure you don't have two emails out there for Bioware and EA.
Login to the social.bioware.com and check your Profile > Your registered game promotions.
Be sure all your DLCs are there.
If not, start checking your other emails.
If you used two emails to redeem codes try this...
Try this.. (PC version) (Worked for me)
Go here.. sign in on main account- http://support.ea.com/
Select 'Email us'

Main acct: sign on / email
Mistake acct: sign on / email

Wait 24 hrs.
Then check your DLC info on..
http://social.bioware.com/
go to Profile > Your Registered game promotions.
You should see all your DLCs listed / consolidated.
Check the other account, just incase.
Open the game, go to options, turn off the Online Auto login.
Restart game.
This will prompt you for the email to login again.
Use the account with all the DLCs on it.
Tada!

I've tried contacting EA email support with no reply and the live chat doesn't even answer after waiting in a 30 min line. What a joke! Anyone else get that ""Unable to authorize the listed DLC. Please log into the account used to purchase the DLC.." and have a fix? I think my EA and Bioware accounts are not linked properly. I wonder if I change my EA email to the same I used for Bioware and try that to see if that would work.

Im having the same problem, I have the blood dragon armor registered on the site and I can get it ingame from the armor locker thing but when i start the game and get to the main menu im still getting the popup thing saying it cant authorise the blood dragon armor :s

I finally had a EA tech send me a new key and link my EA and Bioware accounts together. Now it's working fine!
