I am a little confused still how I 'heal" in this game? or is medi gel only used now to revive fallen teammates?
Maybe I am just used to the old ME1 style but I can't tell if its suposed to heal automatically or I have to manually get medi to myself to regain full health since the health bar only shows up for a little while on the screen.
How do you use medi gel?

Automatic health regen when not taking damage.
Medi-gel is for UNITY power, for reviving squad mates.

ok thanks, I was a little confused on how it was used this time around, i was searching for my "use medi gel" button and now I understand there is no need for one this time around lol
