In any case, personally I think that it's healthier to discuss the product and the company who made the product in general,
than it is to get personal about about specific developers, but that's just me.
Being someone who has to deal with customers 6 days a week, i can say that one wants to be cordial and respectful but not friendly. If not, the result is usually nothing but trouble
