I have a problem and am hoping someone can help me. I've been playing this game for 2 mos,and all of a sudden all the NPC's and my character are really slow when fighting,walking,running. I don't know how to fix this. I've uninstalled & re installed the game. I have no mods at all yet. I have patch 1.03. any ideas?
