What are your favorite characters.

So far I like Morrigan!

I like them all, actually. Morrigan, Oghrean, Shale, and Allistair are my favorites. Although my first time through I left Sten in the cage and either sent away Zevran or killed him because I can't trust that he won't try to kille me again. Shale is great. Get Stone Prisoner if you don't have it.

My list is simple.

 

Leliana as my second tank rogue and second in command.

 

Zevran my third tank rogue. A few gifts(a gold bar, Dalish gloves,Antivan brandy and Antivan leather boots) and he becomes a loyal  friend

 

Morrigan as my tank mage with spirit heal. She has her faults but, once tanked she is a strong mage.

 

So/So and used as needed.

 

Alistair is far to wrapped up in the Grey Wardens to fully comprehend  how bleak the situation is.

 

Grandmotherly Wynne is to wrapped up in "responsibility" to see the fact my warden never wanted to be a grey and would rather leave with Leliana for Denerim to pick up Shianni and Soris and then head for Orlais or Kirkwall.

 

Not my favorites and seldom used.

 

Shale,dog,Sten and Oghrean.

There are a lot of well written characters in DAO... a true ensemble
I really like them all, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. But if I have to choose, Morrigan is my favorite, but I like Alistair, Leliana, and Wynne.
Morrigan is pragmatic, and very different from the others: she has a powerful story arc. She showed quite a lot of development as the plot progressed (although she certainly isn't alone this regard). I guess the story of the 'golden mirror' hooked me.

DA:O definitely has the best cast of characters out of the DA games. My favorites (though I like them all mostly):

1. Leliana (my choice of romance)

2. Alistair

3. Morrigan

4. Oghren

5. Wynne

Honorable Mentions: Anders, Shale, Sten

In Origins... Zevran, hands down, though they all have their own appeal, including Shale.  The Stone Prisoner is well worth it.

 

In Awakening... tough choice, but I think it's Nathaniel, although again they all have their own appeal.

My list...

1. Alistair. Awe, he's my secondary canon romance, such a doll. I love him.

2. Morrigan. She's my replacement Canon romance. It's becuase I headcount Morrigan got pregnant again due to my Male Cousland. And she's awesome!

3. Leilana, I mean... Kind of dull in DAO but she's way better In DAI though.

Zevran. I love the character.

My second favorite is Morrigan. I like her, even when she disapproves my warden's actions.

Zevran is always in my team once he appears. Morrigan is in there most of the time. 

Dog is my third favorite, though I hardly use him.

He does have some interesting stuff. I like hearing him talk but the Qun and his culture, much like I enjoyed Tallis in DA2's Mark of the Assassin. However, it's too easy to just leave Sten in the cage, especially because you don't know at first that you won't be able to go back.

Same here! Morrigan to me is the true hero...and it's so crazy,the very first time I saw Morrigan in DAO I thought: Pffff,what are they trying to prove making her t*ts hanging out,so typical for women characters in gaming! But as the story goes,I grew most respect out of every party members by talking and being a friend to her...and at the end of what she did to the Warden,she really have my eternal gratitude! She's the type of person that is cold outside but warm inside....kind of like me,ha!!

I like Sten because he provides a view of a different culture.  DA2 Anders would benefit from a serious talk with him, actually.

DAO Alistair hands down favourite character in all DA series. Cullen DAI second ( Dorian, Cassandra, Zevran and Fenris tied at third).

 

DAO Alistair, Zevran, Dog and Leliana.

 

DAA Nathaniel and Sigrun.

 

DA2 Fenris, Isabela, Aveline and Varric.

 

DAI Cullen, Cassandra, Dorian and Varric.

 

DA4 hopefully Dorian, Cullen and Cassandra return with Inky. 

 

Bring back a Mabari companion.   (Please)
