Unlikely. That is probably just a new companion of a different species that from this angle, looks like a Prothean.

I imagine that when everything and everyone you once knew get blown away and you are all alone, you deserve more xd I'm pretty sure he would like to have a mom that could slap him. FemShep could replace her in some way but i think she is too busy overseeing Grunt xd

There will be some known species (i don't know if all of them) but i think that the leaks mentioned 2 new ones...we'll have to wait and see

Do they count the Khet as one of the new races? That would make sense, so that leaves one more that we haven't seen yet.

The other one would be the Remnant or something that rhymes with that. I can't look for a link right now. It seems that these two races will be very important in Andromeda.

We should have ties to ME3 and get that bird race we told to destroy their advance tech so the Reapers wouldn't kill them as far as we know. I don't know their race name actually but would be neat to have them as a new race along with Andromeda species.

 

But maybe that is Javik and he comes along because there is records that indicate that a small group of Protheans might've left for another galaxy. We just stick him back in is cryo pod for the trip since his the only one of his kind lol.
